Plant Sciences Core Facility (CEITEC MU)

To ensure a safe, clean, and pest-free working environment, all users of the Plant Sciences Core Facility are required to follow the established rules for handling and cultivating plants in growth chambers, phytotrons, and greenhouses.

Key rules

• All work with plants must be properly planned and booked in advance.
• Users are fully responsible for the condition, labeling, and regular control of their plants.
• Strict hygiene and cleanliness rules apply in all cultivation and working areas.
• Measures preventing pest contamination and cross-infestation must always be followed.
• GMO regulations, waste management rules, and safety requirements are mandatory.
• Core Facility staff provide regular monitoring and support, including pest management and technical assistance.

Please note that failure to follow these rules may lead to corrective actions and removal of plant material.
